Along with seasonal treats like warm strawberries straight from the basket, peach pie, and Old Bay-encrusted crabs, summer food festivals highlight the tasty diversity of our state’s ethnic communities. So along with fruit and seafood festivals, we’ve included all the folk festivals from Greek to Italian in this list, because as much as we love looking at tchotchkes, we spend our dough on, well, fried and rolled dough spread with love. Enjoy yourself.
