Taxpayer Discrimination

The real class that needs protecting are the few taxpayers left in the city

I about ROFLMAO when I read that Mary Pat Clarke wanted to make the homeless a “protected class” (Hit & Run, Mobtown Beat, April 17). Then I thought, The real class that needs protecting are the few taxpayers left in the city. Really, they are the ones who need protection from crackpots and other politicians trying to figure out how to get and spend what’s left in their paychecks. Keep up business as usual and, in the end. the few taxpayers will be like me: after 46 years of city life, I now live elsewhere.
