There they found a 31-year-old African-American man shot. Around the corner on Retreat Street, they found a second victim, Monday Griffin, an 18-year-old African-American male. Griffin had also been shot. Both males were taken to a local hospital. The 31-year-old survived but Griffin died at 2:51 p.m.

Update: On Dec. 15, Asia Cutler, a 22-year-old African-American woman, was arrested for the murder of Donte Harris Sr., a 21-year-old African-American man. Harris was found shot in the head in an alley in the 2900 block of Rockrose Avenue in Park Circle on Aug. 30. According to the Baltimore Sun, Cutler was the person who called 911 that day, saying that she found Harris, her boyfriend, in the alley. Shanda Cure, a 21-year-old African-American woman, and Willie Brockington, a 24-year-old African-American man, were charged with accessory after the fact. According to the Sun, Cure told police that Harris was actually shot in a bedroom and that she, Cutler, and Brockington moved his body to the alley.
