Baltimore County Police received an anonymous call about a woman stabbed to death in her home. The residence turned out to be in the 200 block of North Atholgate Lane in Baltimore City. City police went there to check on the woman and found her, Rebecca Coughenour, a 23-year-old Caucasian woman, inside stabbed repeatedly. She was dead. Her boyfriend, Brandon Nowlin, a 25-year-old African-American man, was discovered dead in a vacant office building in the 5500 block of Baltimore National Pike in Baltimore County later that day.
