In our first ever Sex Issue, you'll find a guide to all things hot and erotic. We've got a guide to the G-Spot with sex educator and Sugar owner Jacq Jones; a profile of Kurt Lockwood, a male porn star from Dundalk who used to play in a band with Dee Dee Ramone; a story about two different historic first amendment smut battles fought from a warehouse at 3300 Clipper Mill; and a piece on FORCE: Upsetting Rape Culture, which hacked Victoria’s Secret last fall and plans a V-day action on the National Mall.

But here at Baltimore’s randiest alt-weekly, we know that sex is not only fun--it can also be horribly embarrassing, so we asked you, Baltimore, to share your own embarrassing sex stories. Most of these are anonymous, but we got a great one from Broke Ass Gourmet’s Gabi Moskowitz about the “great pussy-waxing” of 1999.

In the arts, we continue right along with our sex-themed issue, when Baynard Woods writes about his missed connections with Amy Webb, author of Data: A Love Story and reviews Single Carrot's new production of Tropic of X. In art, Michael Farley reviews Liberti(n)es at Open Space and in film, Jenn Ladd talks to the directors of a new documentary about a 1970's sex cult and we review Jon Bevers short film Cancer based on the works of Karlheinz Stockhausen. In music, Brandon Weigel investigates the strange telepathic experiments behind Matmos' new album, Geoffrey Himes grooves to the jazz legends at the Hopkins club, and Al Shipley tells us what's up with dance music.
Martha Thomas gets romantic at the newly renovated 13th floor of the Belvedere in Eats and Drinks and gives us a taste of Moonshine and Prime Rib Live! in Comings and Goings, while Brandon Weigel takes us to a neo-speakeasy in City that Drinks.
