Last week the Baltimore Development Corp. put out a call for new Inner Harbor attractions--or, as the release puts it, "high-quality amusement, entertainment, educational, cultural and other positive experiences"--to be ready to go for this summer. Like, in a month or three. We had some appropriately high-quality, outta-our-ass ideas ourselves.
