A standard-sized mixed drink contains about 3 oz. or so of 80-proof spirits, according to the National Institute of Health. So you know you are getting the best deal ever when you shell out $50 for an 80 oz. jar of booze. Let’s do the math: That’s about 27 governmentally defined “standard-sized” drinks, going for about $1.85 a pop. OK, so a bartender told us that one jar of Bond Street Social’s “social drinks” yields around seven or eight drinks, depending on how you pour—making it between $6-$7. (If you order less than 80 oz. of one of these concoctions, it costs $10.) But hey, if you’re hanging out in Bond Street Social, you can afford it.
