Charm City Yoga is where we downwarded our first dog or whatever, and at this point they are Baltimore’s Yoga evangelists—with no sign of letting up—now at three locations in the city and three out in the counties, including Severna Park. Imagine that, Yoga beyond the ’Burnie. The staff of Charm City are a good bunch of people who enjoy and believe in their practice, trying to get everybody healthy and serene, while sometimes possibly trying to kill us while standing on one foot, but in a good, healthful, strength-building way. One of the things that’s great about Charm City is the vast variety of styles and class levels, including meditation sessions, so it’s only a matter of time before they get you on a mat, and you will like it. Most of the time.
