C sells really wonderful Black Halo structured dresses in rich colors, Yoana Baraschi (sold at Neiman Marcus), Parker’s Tucker-like silky frocks, Sarah Jessica Parker-influenced Halston Heritage slinky numbers, and pretty jewels to wear with it all. It doesn’t carry everything—it doesn’t have the room—but it does a better job than we do at finding the best version of what we need.
