Bill Stevenson gets the nod this year not just for his tattoo work, which is excellent, but also for his contributions to the artform. He is the co-owner of the Baltimore Tattoo Museum, which has been offering quality work and exhibits honoring tattoo artistry since 1999. In 2002 Stevenson started Waverly Color Co. ,offering hand-mixed tattoo pigments in myriad hues. His inks are used by tattoo artists across the country and have garned raves reviews for brightness and consistency. Bill lives and breathes tattooing, and Baltimore is the better for it.
