When people talk about movers, it’s usually to share horror stories. They go on and on about the things that got broken or the interminable wait for their belongings to arrive. Usually if someone recommends a mover to you, it’s with faint praise, as in, “It wasn’t awful.” Not so with Perry Moving. The friend who recommended this family-owned, Jessup-based company to us was beaming. She couldn’t say enough about how courteous, responsive, and responsible Perry Moving was. We tried them ourselves and found every compliment true. All our belongings arrived on time in perfect condition, despite off-and-on showers the whole day. All the movers were unfailingly polite and worked their asses off. They even took care to keep both our old and new houses clean while carrying unbelievably heavy objects up impossibly narrow stairs. Moving is stressful but having movers as good as Perry makes it a lot easier.
