Collector’s Corner in Parkville is more than a comic shop, it’s an Eisner Award-nominated nerd sanctuary. Sure they’ve got a fantastic supply of all the nerd staples you need, but if there’s something you absolutely need and can’t find, Randy and his staff will find it for you. If you’re sick of your own geekables, they’ll buy them back and pass ’em on to a new home. But the best thing about Collector’s Corner is the atmosphere. They’ve got family game nights, a comic reading group, a women-only comics club, movie nights, anime nights, and hands-down the best Free Comic Book Day party on either side of the Mason-Dixon Line. You will never find a more delightful hive of scum, villainy, comic books, board games, plastic Batmen, and nerd-babes dressed as Supergirl.
