Best Pizza: Italian Graffiti

Best Pizza

Italian Graffiti

1635 Fleet St., (410) 534-5454, italiangraffiti.net

Waiting for your Italian Graffiti pizza to be delivered to your door is the first phase in enjoying it. The best place to wait is sitting on your front stoop, so you can catch sight of the colorful graffiti-covered delivery car coming your way. Pay up, take it inside, open the box, and, behold, a distinctive, high-quality hot pizza awaits, designed according to the specifications of the Neapolitan owners. Our favorite is the Della Notte, with bacon, ham, mozzarella, saut?ed onions, hard-boiled eggs, Parmesan, and black pepper, though the Graffiti Feta—we call it a “salad pizza,” in light of its field greens, mixed vegetables, artichokes, roasted red peppers, feta cheese, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar—is just right, if you want to feel like you’re eating on the healthier side. No matter your selection, the crust is the best we’ve found, and it’s nice by the slice too, should you choose to drop by.
