b bistro doesn’t have the most expansive area for outdoor dining, but it does have the most elegant. No screaming seagulls, no rush-hour traffic, no hordes of inebriated happy hour revelers—just the tree-lined, brick rowhouse facades of Bolton Hill as viewed from wrought-iron tables on the sidewalk outside the snug storefront. Add a plate of salt cod fritters and a glass of something sparkling and watch the sun set.
