Baba’s Mediterranean Kitchen

745 E. Fort Ave., (410) 727-7482, babaskitchen.net

With almost three years of business under its belt, Baba’s only seems to get better. Owner Farid Salloum has expanded his menu, while still maintaining quality and the uncanny ability to make it feel like every customer is a close friend. He still makes the best baba ghanouj in town, and his hummus puts others to shame. Next time you visit, ask Salloum to make you a Turkish coffee. He’ll read your future (always positive) in the grounds afterward.
