Haute Dog Carte

6070 Falls Road, hautedogcarte.com

Gourmet dogs are proliferating around town, but so far this garage band of a vendor (in a literal garage) is fending off all comers. The specials are always worth a try (duck dog with fresh fruit compote anyone?) but you can always depend on the black Angus quarter-pounder with house-made tomato jam and bacon and onion marmalade and Dijon mustard (ask for extra if you want more bite). Read that again and you might as well go ahead and get in the car and head up Falls Road.
