Binkert’s Nuernberger Bratwurst

We admit we’re fans of anything that comes out of Binkert’s—the fat pink knockwurst, chewy smoked landjaeger, blood sausage, the smoked pork chops known as kasseler. Really, it’s all good. But it’s the skinny Nuernberger bratwurst, spiked with fresh marjoram that ranks as our favorite of the bunch. Throw them on the grill, tuck them into sauerkraut. We’ve also been known to eat them with pancakes and fried apples. Sehr gut!
