Instead of offering the grab-and-go chicken boxes that litter the city’s streets, Hamilton Tavern fries chicken to order. The light brown, flaky crust traps the moisture of the chicken meat, and the generous three-piece serving is enough to share. The bird is top shelf, and the batter is light, making this a meal you’ll want every week.
