When it comes to Chinese, the little things really count. Sure, a place might have a good General Tso’s, but big deal, who doesn’t? And that’s where Lucky Fortune distinguishes itself, with the side items and small details: steamed dumplings to die for, crab rangoons worthy of a town that knows crabs, a pu pu platter overflowing with delectable fried treats. The Federal Hill storefront (no seating available) is conveniently just a few doors down from the Cross Street Market for carryout, but Lucky Fortune’s delivery range is impressive enough that nobody in the lower half of the city has an excuse for not trying their luck at least once.
