Consuming chicken wings is a primal thing, teeth clattering against bone, pulling off the flesh, tongue separating the gristle from the good parts, but sometimes you just don’t have time for the process (or the sticky fingers), and that’s where chicken-wing purveyor Bruce Lee steps in, because along with his legendary bone-in wings, he offers fork-friendly, boneless chicken “strips,” an appellation which sells these beauties short, because they present as large, dense chunks of pure chicken enjoyment, covered in Mr. Lee’s signature, dense, salty-soy-sesame-sweet, mildly spicy chicken coating. Consistent with the official Bruce Lee corporate catchphrase, they totally kick ass.
