Dunno really how it happened, but the rock and metal bookings that Adam Savage and company—and new promotions force Unregistered Nurse Booking—would have once upon a time brought to, say, the Talking Head, have migrated to the Golden West, which, after dinner shuts down around 10 p.m., shoves the tables out the way, sets up a PA, and rattles the Avenue like an earthquake tremor.
