OK, so big-box national chain bars are pretty much across-the-board sucky, and theme bars are usually even worse. At least the “Liquors” offshoot of Luckies knows its role. To wit, according to its press literature, it’s designed to resemble a liquor store. Which is at first instantly repelling, but after some consideration, kind of awesome. And it claims to have the largest selection of not scotch, or Irish whiskey, or flavored vodka even, but canned beer in the city.
